On-Line Booking Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully.
By using this website and online booking service you are agreeing with Terms and Conditions detailed below.
By making a booking you are confirming that you are authorized to do so on behalf of all persons named in the booking.
When your booking has been made a confirmation will be sent to you by email using the email address that you have supplied. You should retain a copy of this confirmation for your reference. Booking confirmations are subject to the availability of accommodation at the hotel.
You should carefully check the details of your confirmation as soon as you receive it. You must contact The Hotel immediately if any of the details are incorrect or incomplete.
On completion of a successful booking we will ask you to pay 100% of the total accommodation cost, with the balance being payable directly at the hotel at the check out (based on final bill). The payment can be paid by credit card.
On arrival, all reservations will require a pre-authorization with a credit/debit card to cover incidentals during your stay.
Unless stated as part of your booking, additional items such as meals, drinks, items from the mini-bar and travel expenses, are not included in the price of your stay. If you incur any such additional costs you must settle the sum involved prior to your departure from the hotel.
All prices are quoted in Indonesia Rupiah (Rp) and include 21% tax & service.
Lido Lake Resort by MNC Hotel reserves the right to increase or decrease the price of the accommodation. The price of your chosen period will be confirmed when your booking is made and, with the exception of any errors, we will not increase this price once it has been confirmed.
Large room can accommodate one extra bed beds. Extra bed additional charge of Rp 423,500 NETT per extra bed per night include breakfast for 1 person and applies for children from 6 years old to 12 years old. Children under 6 years old stay with parents are free (no extra bed will be provided, using existing bed set up).
You should notify us of any amendments to your confirmed booking in writing to email to reservation@www.lidolakeresort.com as soon as possible. Amendments are subject to availability and those made outside the cancellation period (see below) may be subject to cancellation charges.
Cancellations within the Cancellation Period
Should you wish to cancel your booking do so by replying to your booking confirmation email or writing to reservation@www.lidolakeresort.com. A cancellation confirmation will be sent back to you at the same email address.
Cancellation Policy and No Shows
Your reservation is guaranteed until 18.00 hours on the day of arrival. Valid credit card details required to guarantee booking for arrivals after 18.00 hours. Otherwise, the space will be released accordingly.
No Show Charge: Cancellation Fee will be applied for guaranteed reservation (the whole stay period).
For some periods, example Christmas, New Year, Idul Fitri and long holiday period which will be specified on our email confirmation letter, we require full prepayment for the entire stay at the time of the booking and this is non-refundable and the booking non-changeable. Prepayment is charged to the credit/debit card supplied at the time of the Booking. Cancellation or non-arrival will result in the forfeiture of the prepayment.
Cancellations and changes made by Lido Lake Resort by MNC Hotel
In the unlikely event that the hotel is unable to accommodate a confirmed reservation it may be necessary to offer an alternative of an equal or a superior standard. If at any time we need to make changes that will significantly affect your stay or we need to cancel your stay, we will tell you as soon as possible, offering a suitable alternative. This does not apply to minor changes or events during your stay, resulting from unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.
Check in Time
Kindly advised us your estimate arrival time to the hotel. Please be informed our check in time is after 2:00 pm, early check in between 10:00 am until before 2:00 pm is charged 100% from room rate.
Check out Time
Our check out time is at 12:00 noon, late check out until 6:00 pm will be charged 50% from room rate, more than 6:00 pm will be charged 100% from room rate.

The Site or any portion of this Site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose that is not expressly permitted by the Company.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Company, their respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site, your breach of these terms and conditions or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Governing Law
Any disputes arising out of or related to the Site or these terms & conditions shall be handled individually without any class action, and shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI), excluding its conflict of law rules.
Modification
These terms and conditions may at any time by amended, modified or supplemented, and your continued use of the Website will constitute your acceptance of any such amendment, modification, or supplementation.
Personal Data Collection, Transfer, Sharing and Use
This Site may offer additional services to you which could include the collection of your personal data. The Site may collect personal data (including a name, contact information, travel plans, etc.) pursuant to these terms and conditions and solely for the purposes explained at time of collection. The Site and Company will not use this personal data for any purposes incompatible with the purposes for which they were collected.
The Site and Company may transfer the personal data we collect about you to countries other than the country in which the information was originally collected.
