1. Check-in time?
Check-in time is at 12:00 pm. Please let us know of your arrival time and we will schedule an early check-in should you need it.

2. Check-out time?
Check-out time is 2:00 pm. If you are planning a late check-out, please let us know your departure time, we will try our best to meet your needs.

3. Is the reception is open 24 hours?
Yes, the reception service is available 24 hours.

4. What language is spoken at the reception?
Indonesia and English.

5. Can I leave the luggage?
Yes, we can take care of your luggage. If the room is not ready when you arrived, or in the case of early check out. We will store your luggage for free on the day of your check-in and check-out.

6. Where is the nearest access toll road?
Toll gate Cigombong will be located 1 km from the hotel which is now accessible.

7. Where is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is Halim Perdana Kusuma International Airport Jakarta, about 64 km or 1.5 hours travel time.

8. Where is the nearest train station?
Lido Train Station will be located 1 km from the hotel and is currently under development.
